Cell Meter 細胞活性檢測試劑盒是美國AAT Bioquest生產的細胞活性檢測試劑盒，Cell Meter檢測試劑盒是一類用于檢測細胞功能的系列工具，包括細胞活性、細胞毒性、細胞凋亡、細胞膜電位以及細胞周期等方面的指標。每種檢測方案均能提供不同熒光顏色的檢測方案。這些檢測方案為從多角度研究細胞功能活動提供了一種十分有效的方法。Cell Meter細胞活力檢測試劑盒 *綠色/紅色雙重熒光* 使用兩種非熒光性指示劑：Calcein AM，用于活細胞；一種非細胞滲透性的DNA結合染料，用于細胞膜不完整的死細胞。Calcein AM是一種疏水性復合物，可以輕易地滲透進入完整的活細胞，通過酯酶的水解作用，產生強烈的熒光。
